Join International Yoga and Reiki Master Lalit and the team at
Himalaya Yoga Valley for a transformative and rejuvenating nine
nights and ten days of Yoga, health and healing at the spiritual
and inspiring temple region of Ubud, Bali staying at the Sri Rathi
Cottages set in the tranquil Rice Paddy fields.
With more than four hours of practice a day this retreat will awaken
your senses and invigorate and deepen your practice. Spaces are
limited to ensure our students receive a high level of personal
guidance and attention.
 Wether
you are a seasoned yoga practitioner or a complete beginner this
retreat is the perfect opportunity to get back in touch with yourself
in an incredible and inspiring environment with a highly professional
and experienced team.
Practice twice daily Yoga and meditation. Experience wonderful
healing practices such as traditional Balinese massage and Reiki
treatments as you learn the ancient healing art of Reiki and become
a level one certified Reiki practitioner.
 Enjoy
the beauty of tranquil and spiritual Ubud. Relax by the pool and
retreat to the tropical gardens or take an interesting tour in the
area.
Activities such as white water rafting, Kintamani Volcano Mountain
visit, cycle tour through the rice paddy fields, Ubud Market visit
and exploration of local art galleries etc can be arranged by our
team.

Yoga Valley is registered with Yoga Alliance International and the
World Yoga Council ensuring the highest standards and practices
for our students. 10% of all Reiki fees (included in package) go
directly to local charities where we hold our retreats.
