Practice asana body posture 3-4 hours one hour practice of pranayam & meditation.

Discussion Talks on patanjali yoga sutras Advance yoga posture.

Yoga for kids

We also offer classes to kids. We have kids yoga summer camp. As children approach the teen years they are exposed to many forms of stress. Yoga with its emphasis on the concept of an individual journey and peace with your self can help children to meet their daily challenge

Yoga for pregnant women

We also offers yoga classes to pregnant woman. We have designed special course for pregnant women Specific instructions for pregnant woman depend on how long they have been practicing yoga and what their bodies are used to terms of exercise and fitness yoga is one of the few practice that can be started during pregnancy.

Teacher training 2008 GOA - 200 Hour Training

This program is desiged to introduce comprehensive systematic study of Ashtanga Yoga & Hatha Yoga, Yoga theory and modern knowledge of the body and mind, your effectiveness as a yoga teacher and practitioner.

 

 

 

 

 

The course includes:

  • Asana practice and teaching
  • Yoga theory and philosophy
  • The eight limbs of raja yoga
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Anatomy and physiology
  • Theory and practice of pranayama & meditation
  • Structuring and sequencing
  • Practice teaching yoga asana adjustment skills.
  • How to establish yourself as a yoga teacher.
  • Ccommunication skills for yoga instruction.

  • 6-00 A.M : Pranayama & Mediation.
  • 7-00 A.M : Yoga Asana (exercize) practice.
  • 9-00 A.M : Breakfast.

  • 4-00 P.M : Yoga Asana.
  • 6-00 P.M : Mediation
