also offers yoga classes to pregnant woman. We have designed special
course for pregnant women Specific instructions for pregnant woman
depend on how long they have been practicing yoga and what their
bodies are used to terms of exercise and fitness yoga is one of
the few practice that can be started during pregnancy.

Teacher training 2008 GOA - 200 Hour Training
This
program is desiged to introduce comprehensive systematic study of
Ashtanga Yoga & Hatha Yoga, Yoga theory and
modern knowledge of the body and mind, your effectiveness as a yoga
teacher and practitioner.
The course includes:
