Nested below the mighty snow clad peaks of the beautiful Himalayan Dhauladhar mountain range, Dharamshala is a quite and peaceful location with an abundance of scenic and spiritual riches. Upper Dharamshala where we are situated is a haven for yogis and travelers alike it is called Mcleodganj. This area has proved hugely popular with travelers looking to explore a unique part of India in this Buddhist enclave, whilst absorbing the incredible Tibetan culture.

This small hill station is blessed with a unique and diverse culture that blends Tibetan and Himalayan ways of life. This region of North India is peaceful, abounding in natural beauty, spiritual diversity and riches and is home to His Holiness The Dalai Lama of Tibet.

Himalaya Yoga Valley center is situated at the peaceful location of Siddharta House, just a 10 - 15 min walk downhill from the main town square of Mcleodganj. Our studio over looks a stunning valley where eagles nest in this verdant and lush landscape dotted with Hindu and Buddhist temples. Our studio also looks out onto the Himalayan snow capped peaks; making for unforgettable sunrises. This is the perfect location for Yogi's to really connect with themselves in a spiritually uplifting and inspiring location.

Himalaya Yoga Valley conducts our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training courses at our centre in North India. Himalaya Yoga Valley is an RYS® 200
(Registered Yoga School) with Yoga Alliance.

Our studio in Mcleodganj offers the perfect location to undertake Teacher Training. Mcleodganj has been described as a yogi's paradise as it is the home to so many diverse spiritual communities and the inspirational Himalayas, rich in Yogic history. This setting greatly compliments the learning our students receive and enables our students to really connect with themselves on the spiritual, emotional and physical journey that is the Teacher Training Course. Open to all levels. Please note that all previous trainings have operated from a waiting list well in advance of course commencement. We advise aspiring trainees to submit applications as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
