200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training- Ireland
Become an internationally certified Yoga Teacher
in one month with expert teacher Yogacharya Lalit Kumar
of Himalaya Yoga Valley in one of Irelands most
idyllic and charming locations. Graduates will be qualified and
fully competent to teach to a national and international standard.
This training is held in our studio in the historical and beautiful
city of Cork in Southern Ireland. The training is fully inclusive
of accommodation all meals and tuition for the month at the Eclipse

Advanced Asana Workshops
Workshops are designed to deepen your practice,
improve your alignment and develop the art of adjusting. These workshops
are designed for those wishing to deepen their practice of the primary
series. Advanced asana will be covered, using the Ashtanga primary
series as a platform. Lalit will guide students through the series
with his renowned teaching style, incorporating traditional Ashtanga,
Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow methods. Students will gain knowledge
of adjustments and alignment techniques for all major asana in the
primary series.
Back Bending Workshop
Designed for those wishing to gain the skills to
practice advanced back bends and those wishing to deepen their existing
practice. Lalit will safely guide students through various back
bends, adjustments and the principles and practice of alignment.
Intensive Hip Opening Workshop
Designed for those wishing to gain the skills to
practice advanced hip opening asana and those wishing to deepen
their existing practice. Lalit will take you through advanced hip
opening asanas, adjustments and principles and practice of alignment.
Please note that spaces are limited. Workshops
generally fill quickly and typically work off a waiting list. We
