yourself in your practice. The seaside village is safe, quiet and
peaceful with a fabulous beach. Goa has proven the prefect destination
for trainees from around the globe to partake in our courses.
Gifted by beautiful beaches and an abundance of
nature Goa is the ideal destination in India for holiday seekers
and yogis alike. Its natural beauty makes it the ideal place for
spending some quality time relaxing, unwinding and having fun. Symbols
of a rich history are fused with the present, creating a uniquely
Goan atmosphere. Temples and churches mingled with forts and ruins
of ages gone by take you on a journey back to the Portuguese era
whilst the local Indian culture ensures an experience not to be
forgotten.
Himalaya Yoga Valley offers practice and training
in various styles of yoga including Ashtanga Yoga, Dynamic Yoga
and Hatha Yoga. As well as our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course
we also hold yoga and meditation workshops for aspiring students
of all levels.

commencement. We advise aspiring trainees to submit applications

Center Details

Mandrem Beach is approximately two hours North of Goa airport
between to Arambol beach and Ashwem beach. Students attending our
Teacher Training courses will receive a detailed info pack upon
approval of application. You can also see our Q
& A's Page for information on weather, travel,
vaccinations, accommodation etc.
Accommodation:
Accommodation ranging from budget to superior is in close proximity
to our studio, including beach huts, guesthouses and hotels. We
advise early bookings for accommodation. Teacher training students
will receive an info pack with accommodation details included when
your application has been received and processed.
