Himalaya Yoga Valley is located in Junas Wadda , Mandrem Beach, North Goa. It is a yet undiscovered oasis of tranquility and peace. It’s the Perfect place for relaxing and practicing yoga and meditation. The seaside village is safe, quiet and peaceful with a fabulous beach and good swimming conditions. Himalaya Yoga Valley yoga studio is located on the beachfront overlooking the Arabian Sea.

The neighboring beachside village is Arambol; famous for its history of hippie culture of the 60’s and 70’s. A popular destination for holiday makers and fun seekers; it is just a 30 minute beach walk north of Mandrem Beach and offers a selection of restaurants, bars, and shops etc.

Gifted by beautiful beaches and an abundance of nature Goa is the perfect destination in India for holiday seekers and yogis alike. Its natural beauty makes it the ideal location for spending some quality time relaxing, unwinding and having fun. Symbols of a rich history are fused with the present, creating a uniquely Goan atmosphere. Temples and churches mingled with forts and ruins of ages gone by take you on a journey back to the Portuguese era whilst the local Indian culture ensures an experience not to be forgotten.

South of Mandrem Beach you will be able stroll along miles and miles of sandy beach, only interrupted by the occasional beach restaurant in which you can take refreshment and enjoy the beauty of the Arabian Sea.

Each year in Goa, Himalaya Yoga Valley offers practice and training in various styles of yoga including Ashtanga Yoga, Dynamic Yoga and Hatha Yoga. As well as the Retreats taking place from October to March, there is a Internationally accredited 200 hours Teacher Training Course held in October and January (See Teacher Training Page >>)

Daily Drop in Classes Monday to Saturday 8am & 4pm

With Lalit & Guest Teachers - Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa flow including meditation, chanting and Pranayama.

Open to all levels.

300INR per 2 hour class or 1500 INR for 6 classes.

Our center is adjacent to O’Saiba Beach Resort, off the main street at the end of the beach access path. Ask a friendly local who will point you in the right direction.
