The fundamental sequencing and mode of asana practice
during the course is Ashtanga Flow. Students work from the Ashtanga
modified primary series in order to develop confidence through an
in depth knowledge of a specific set of postures so as to have a
solid platform to teach from and to develop their own unique styles
utilizing the various traditions and techniques taught during the
training. Our post course graduate teaching rate is extremely high
due to our unique outcome based, progressive learning approach.
Trainees start to teach under supervision from the start of week
two. Trainees teach in a safe and supervised environment at this
early stage so as to develop full confidence during the month and
to find their teaching voice early on and to graduate at the highest
standard possible having developed both their own practice and the
in depth knowledge to teach at a professional level.
