Students also learn the ins and outs of correct alignment, adjustments and modifications for these postures to ensure they can teach with maximum emphasis on inclusiveness and safety.
Our training has a holistic emphasis on learning by also incorporating other traditions and styles of yoga such as Iyengar, Hatha, Raja and Vinyasa Flow. Trainees are encouraged to bring their individual styles to the primary series. A training manual will be provided to support your lectures, practice and personal yoga development.
